Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. This includes the original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable once opened or used. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you are uncertain about a specific product, please feel free to reach out to us for further information.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest starting with a return of the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
Refund Process
After we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
